What should I do if my linked device is lost, stolen or sold?

If you lose access to a linked device but still have access to your trusted device, here’s the quickest fix:

  1. Open the Altery app on your trusted device
  2. Tap ‘Account’→‘Privacy & security’ → ‘Devices Management’
  3. Select the device you want to disconnect and tap ‘✖’
