If you lose access to a linked device but still have access to your trusted device, here’s the quickest fix:
- Open the Altery app on your trusted device
- Tap ‘Account’→‘Privacy & security’ → ‘Devices Management’
- Select the device you want to disconnect and tap ‘✖’
