Your trusted mobile device will have the Altery mobile app installed and linked to your Altery account. You’ll have designated the device as a method to confirm actions on Altery, such as transaction authorisation and account login. This is usually done via notifications requesting you to validate your changes via the trusted device.

While it’s required to nominate a trusted device for your Altery account, you can always change it at your convenience in your account settings.
