Changing the phone number and/or the email address you use with your Altery account is simple. Just follow these easy steps in your Altery app:

1. Open the menu and click on the person icon in the lower right corner.
2. Tap 'Account' > 'Personal Information' 
3. Tap on the ✏️icon on the right to your phone number or email.

To change an existing contact, you need to follow the steps above. Then, select the contact type and click on the information you’d like to edit.

To verify the change, you’ll need to confirm it by entering a confirmation code. If it's entered correctly, we’ll let you know that the change was successful via a confirmation page and a notification.
