Restoring your Altery account passcode is nice and easy, just follow these simple steps:

1. On the Mobile App, tap the 'Forgot Passcode' button on the first screen.
2. Enter the email address or phone number you use to log in to Altery and click 'Recover'.
3. We’ll send you a confirmation code; please enter it in the relevant field.
4. Create a strong and unique passcode. Then, click 'Confirm'.
5. Occasionally, you’ll need to complete the identification process by following the instructions on screen. Please don’t close the page/app or stop the process until it’s complete.
6. All set! Your passcode has been successfully reset. We’ll drop you an email notification to confirm the change.
