When we charge a monthly fee, it’s done for account maintenance. We’ll automatically debit the fee from your account balance, so don’t worry about forgetting to pay. You can check whether a monthly fee applies to your account by reviewing our fee structure.
We can keep your account open for up to 2 years after registration, even if you don’t use it, so long as the balance is sufficient to cover our monthly fees. Our systems are designed to ensure that you’ll never dip into a negative balance value, and as such we won’t deduct the fee if the funds aren’t available.
Please note that if your account remains inactive with a balance of zero for an extended period, we may need to make the tough decision to close the account. So that we can keep our services active and maintained, and to avoid any inconvenience on your end, we strongly recommend maintaining a sufficient account balance. With this in mind, please check whether a monthly fee applies to your account.
