What is a dormant account?

We’ll consider your account dormant if it has been inactive for an extended period. For example, if there are no financial transactions made on the account for six consecutive months, your account will be marked as dormant. In these cases, we may suspend services and request data updates as part of Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to reopen your Altery account features.

 

Please note that applicable fees will be deducted if your account balance is positive.
