How long will it take to process my transaction?

Updated

The processing time for cryptocurrency transactions depends on a few key factors. Network conditions, such as congestion or the number of confirmations required, can influence how quickly your transaction is completed. Generally, you can expect processing to take anywhere from several minutes up to an hour. If you haven’t received your transaction within one hour, please refer to the following page: Why haven’t I received my fiat?

In some cases, transactions may require additional manual checks. When this happens, processing might extend slightly beyond the usual timeframe. Additionally, if your payment arrives outside our business hours—such as on weekends or banking holidays—any required manual reviews will be completed on the next business day.

We aim to process transactions promptly while ensuring security, so you can rely on efficient service even with these additional safeguards in place.
