If you sent cryptocurrency but haven’t received fiat funds, it could mean that your transaction was either declined or marked as spam.
To protect you and maintain platform security, we may decline transactions as part of our risk management. Each transaction undergoes checks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, transaction authenticity, and our platform policies, helping us maintain a safe and compliant environment.
If your transaction was not marked as spam, you may apply for a refund.
How can I apply for a refund?
- Contact Customer Support: Email us at support@synterrainnovations.ca to check if you are eligible for a refund, and we’ll guide you through the steps.
- Share some details: To formally initiate the refund process, we will need some information from you, which may include the transaction amount and date, cryptocurrency and network, and refund wallet address.
- Review and Refund Process: Our team will review your request. You’ll receive an email and in-app notification on the refund status, with an explanation if the amount differs. Once verified, we’ll process the refund and confirm when funds are sent to your designated wallet.
Please note that refunds are subject to eligibility criteria, and cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. If you have any questions, reach out – we’re here to help!

Cryptoassets are high-risk and may not be right for everyone. The value of your crypto can go up or down at any time and may even fall to zero. You should only invest if you fully understand the risks and if it suits your financial situation.
