How to add money from USDT exchange?

Updated

You can easily top up your Altery account using USDT cryptocurrency. Just follow the steps below:

  1. Open Altery and tap 'Add money';
  2. Select 'Crypto';
  3. For your first transaction, agree to use the 'Synterra Connect' service.
  4. Choose USDT on the TRON (TRC-20) or TON (The Open Network) network.
  5. Review the applicable limits and fees for Synterra Connect services.
  6. You’ll be given a crypto wallet to receive your USDT payment — copy, share, or display the wallet as a QR code.
  7. Open your USDT wallet and send the funds to this designated wallet.

After sending your payment, wait a few seconds to a couple of minutes for the transaction to process. Once the payment is confirmed, we’ll credit the fiat equivalent to your Altery wallet.

Important notes:

  • Be cautious with network choice: if you choose the incorrect network when sending USDT (e.g., sending TRC-20 USDT to a TON address), the funds may be lost or unrecoverable. It's crucial to select the correct network.
  • Please send only USDT to this address. Sending any other assets, including tokens or NFTs, may result in permanent loss.
