How to add money from USDC exchange?

Updated

You can easily top up your Altery account using USDC cryptocurrency. Just follow these steps:

  1. Open Altery and tap ‘Add money’.
  2. Select ‘Crypto’.
  3. For your first transaction, agree to use the ‘Synterra Connect’ service.
  4. Choose USDC on one of the available networks: Solana (SOL), Polygon (POLY), Arbitrum (ARB), or Ethereum (ERC-20).
    1. You’ll need to enter an amount, but if the amount you send differs slightly, no worries - we’ll credit it all the same.
    2. Review the applicable limits and fees for Synterra Connect services.
  5. You’ll be given a crypto wallet to receive your USDC payment — copy, share, or display the wallet as a QR code.
  6. Open your USDC wallet and send the funds to this designated wallet.

After sending your payment, allow a few seconds to a couple of minutes for the transaction to process. Once the payment is confirmed, we’ll credit the fiat equivalent to your Altery wallet.

Important notes:

  • Be cautious with network choice: if you select the incorrect network when sending USDC (e.g., sending ERC-20 USDC to a SOL address), the funds may be lost or unrecoverable. It’s important to choose the correct network.
  • Please only send USDC to this address. Sending any other assets, including tokens or NFTs, will result in permanent loss.
