We’ll consider you a dormant customer if you've been inactive for an extended period. For instance, if there are no cryptocurrency transactions over fifteen consecutive months, you’ll be marked as a dormant customer.
In these cases, we may suspend your services temporarily and request data updates as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to restore access to your Synterra Connect features.
