We never ask for your full card number, PIN, or passcode. If requested, do not respond, instead contact us directly.

• Look for red flags: Be cautious of emails with urgent requests, misspellings or suspicious links.

• Verify requests: If in doubt, contact the sender directly using a trusted method/contact details.

Reporting suspicious activity

• Inform us: Report any suspicious emails or messages to us at support@altery.com.
• Use reporting tools: Many email providers offer tools to report phishing attempts.
