In-app or web — go to Support chat and click 'Good/Bad' at the end of your conversation. You can also add a comment in the free-text field.

On Telegram — our bot will ask you to rate the resolution of your request after your conversation.
Reporting a bug?
Open the app and go to Account → Report bug. Fill in the template and send it to us by email — this will help us identify and resolve the issue faster.
