Your billing address is the address that you provided and confirmed with us. It’s the address that was active when you issued your Altery card.

To find this information, you can visit the ‘Cards’ section of your Altery account on the web portal or simply tap ‘Settings’ below the card’s image on our app. Find the ‘Billing address’ option and select it to see your verified billing address.
