Your card name is a handy tool to tell the difference between your Altery card and keeping your digital wallet nice and organised. If you’d like to change your card’s name, simply follow these steps:

1. If you’re using our web portal, visit the ‘Cards’ section of your Altery account, choose the card and click on ‘Card name’. If you’re on our app, tap ‘Settings’ below the card’s image.
2. Enter the new card name. Be as creative as you like, just keep it clean.
3. Click ‘Update name’ on the web or ‘Next’ on our app. All done!
