It’s important to note that we only accept documents as they originally appear:
- If the document was originally in a paper format, please take a photo and ensure the image is clear, legible and uncut, with all corners visible, scans are also acceptable.
- If the document is digital, it should be uploaded as the original PDF file.
We can’t accept the following document formats:
- Screenshots
- Converted documents
- Printed-out digital files
- Password-protected documents, as we won’t be able to verify their authenticity
