Providing evidence of your residential address is crucial to our verification process. We accept the following documentation:
Valid for at least the next 3 months:
- Driving Licence*
- Residence Permit*
Dated within the last 12 months:
- Rental, lease or tenancy agreements
- Government-issued certificates of residence
- Tax returns
- Council tax bills
- Document from employer (payslip or employer’s certificate for residence proof)
Dated within the last 3 months:
- Bank statements (including neo-banks, mortgage statements, and credit card statements)
- Utility bills
- Internet/cable TV/house phone line bills
Please note that we don’t accept screenshots, mobile phone bills, medical bills, purchase receipts or insurance statements. All documents should contain Latin letters only.
Please also consider the following requirements:
- Your full name is shown in the document
- Your address is shown in full in the document, including city name
- The date of issue is shown in the document
- The document is given in your name
- Maximum file size of 30Mb
- Permitted file formats are JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF
- The document contains elements of security (e.g. barcode, QR code, seal and authorised signature)
*Keep in mind, each document can only be used once during the verification process, either as proof of identity (POI) or proof of address (POA). For example, if you’ve used your ID as proof of identity, it can’t be used again as proof of address, even if it contains your address details.
