To verify your account, please provide a proof of identity document for biometric authentication. The accepted documents depend on your country of residence. Start the verification process on the Altery app to see the acceptable documents for your region.

Ensure all documents are legal and valid. Photos or scans must be clear, legible and show all corners. Screenshots are not accepted.

Keep in mind, each document can only be used once during the verification process, either as proof of identity (POI) or proof of address (POA). For example, if you’ve used your ID as proof of identity, it can’t be used again as proof of address, even if it contains your address details.
