Before you raise a complaint
If your request is about your account, a service issue, or something that can be solved by our Support team, please contact us first. In many cases, we can help without the need for a formal complaint.
How to submit a complaint
You can submit a data protection complaint:
- through the Altery Complaints Form on our website; or
- by emailing our Complaints Team at complaints@altery.com;
- by emailing our Data Protection Officer at dpo@altery.com.
What to include
To help us review your complaint, please include as much of the following as you can:
- your full name;
- the email address linked to your Altery account, if applicable;
- a clear explanation of your concern;
- any relevant dates, screenshots, or other supporting information.
You do not need to use a specific template for us to treat your message as a complaint.
What happens next
Once we receive your complaint, we will review the information you have provided and may contact you if we need more details.
We will investigate your complaint in line with applicable data protection laws and our internal procedures.
If you are not satisfied with our response
If you are not satisfied with our final response, you may have the right to contact your local data protection authority.
