If you'd like to add money to your personal Altery account, you can do so easily with your card from a different bank. Simply visit the Altery app or web portal, select 'Add money', then 'Debit or credit card'. From here, please provide the following details:
- Full card number
- CVV code
- Expiry date
To complete the transaction, you’ll need to confirm it with a 3DS code. After that, you’re all done. Note that this top-up method is exclusive to personal Altery accounts and that payments must be made from a card from another bank registered in your name only.
