I made an internal transfer, but it didn’t reach the recipient. What should I do?

On the rare occasion that an internal transfer isn’t swiftly delivered to the recipient, there are a few things you can do to troubleshoot.

 

If you’ve experienced a delay, please ensure you’ve entered the recipient’s details correctly. If all the details are correct, contact our support team, and we’ll review the payment.

 

Remember, if you made an internal transfer to a recipient who doesn’t currently have an Altery account, they’ll have received an invitation to set up their account. Once they’re all set, the transfer will land in their account balance.
