We’re happy to offer the option of setting up an Altery account in Telegram; if you’re already a Telegram user, you can simply use that account to register with us! Please note that this feature is currently only available for personal Altery accounts. Here’s how it works:

Open the @altery Telegram Bot

• You’ll be given the choice to either sign up for a new Altery Account or log in using your Altery credentials (for existing accounts).
• Click ‘Sign up’ or 'Unlock full access' to get started.

• You can use the phone number linked to your Telegram account by selecting ‘Telegram Phone Number’. Otherwise, choose ‘Different Phone Number’. If you opt for a different number, you’ll need to confirm it with a one-time confirmation code.
• Once these steps are completed, a Web App window will open with the following instructions:

Contact details

• Enter your email address and phone number. Then, review and agree with the associated terms and conditions.
• Confirm these details by clicking on the verification button in an email sent to your address and entering the one-time confirmation code sent in an SMS to your phone. If you’re struggling to find an email in your inbox, try your spam folder.

Country of residence

• Select your country of residence in the drop-down list and prepare your identification document.
• Click ‘Next’, then enter your full name and date of birth.

Security

• It’s time to create a secure numerical passcode for your account.

After that, you’re set! All that’s left is to verify your account, just tap ‘Launch App’ to get going. Once that’s out the way, grab a cup of tea, put your feet up and enjoy all the cool features that Altery has to offer.
