What is the OUR commission type?

With OUR commission, the sender covers all the fees associated with the payment. This means that the recipient will receive the full amount, without any deductions on their end. It’s a great option when you want to ensure your recipient gets the entire amount, without having to worry about any surprise charges.

 

Where can I use the OUR commission type?

The OUR commission type is only available for SWIFT payments. This is the most common method for sending money internationally and is used by banks across the globe. With SWIFT payments, you can send funds securely and efficiently, and by selecting OUR, you’re guaranteeing the full payment reaches the recipient.

How to make a payment with OUR Fee

Need to send a payment where the recipient gets the full amount without any deductions? No problem! Here’s a simple guide on how to make a SWIFT payment with the OUR fee:

  1. Select “Send”
    Head to your personal area on the web portal and select the “Send” option.
  2. Choose how you want to send the money
    Decide on the method for sending your payment—this will be a SWIFT payment if you’re using the OUR fee.
  3. Enter the amount
    Type in the amount you’d like to send.
  4. Select the OUR fee option
    When prompted to choose a fee type, select OUR transaction fee. This means that you'll cover all the costs, ensuring the recipient gets the full payment amount.
  5. Review the fees and recipient amount
    You’ll be able to see exactly how much the fee is and the total amount your recipient will receive.
  6. Enter the recipient’s bank details
    Fill in the necessary details of your recipient's bank.
  7. Add a payment purpose
    Lastly, include the purpose of your payment.
