Account confirmation is a document confirming the ownership of the wallet in our system. It will contain your name, address, date, AlteryID, account number and account details for a particular currency or all currencies at once.
To get your account confirmation, please follow these steps:
- Open your Altery app.
- Tap the 'Account' icon on the toolbar located at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap ‘Account confirmation’.
- Select the currency for which you need a confirmation: EUR, GBP, USD, or all.
- Tap ‘Send’.
Check the inbox of the email connected to your Altery account; the document will be there.
