You can use your Altery Visa card at any vendor that accepts Visa cards. However, please be aware that some platforms or services may have their own restrictions; we recommend checking with the vendor.

Our cards for individual customers issued before 14 November 2025 are produced in cooperation with Wallester. While the cards issued after that date and issued under our principal membership in the United Kingdom. Some services only accept cards issued in the same country as the account’s registration. As a result, your Altery card will only be accepted by those services if your account is registered in the same country where the card was issued.

A few examples of services with the above restrictions are:

• Spotify
• Apple ID
• PlayStation Store
