Whether you're paying online or in-store, your Altery card is accepted anywhere that supports Visa or UnionPay, depending on your card type. Here is a quick overview of the various ways to pay with your Altery card:

Online

Enter your card details on the merchant website (you can find these in the ‘Cards’ section of your Altery account). Then, confirm the payment with the 3-D Secure code sent to your phone number/PUSH sent to trusted device and finalise the purchase with your card password.

In-store

Once your Altery card is fully activated, you can use contactless payments by simply tapping your card onto the merchant’s payment terminal to complete the transaction. Alternatively, you always have the option of paying via chip and PIN.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

Link your Altery card with Apple Pay or Google Pay to use your mobile device as another payment method!
