Before being able to use your brand-new Altery card, you’ll need to make sure that it’s been activated. After you’ve placed an order for the card, we’ll keep you updated on its status so that you can stay in the loop about your card’s progress.
Once we’ve dispatched your card, you’re ready to use it for online transactions, and you can also link it to Apple Pay or Google Pay (eligibility depends on the card scheme). To fully activate the physical card and enable contactless payments, you’ll need to make the first transaction via chip and PIN, either in-store or at an ATM.
After that, you’re all set and fully activated. Enjoy your new card!
