Getting hold of an Altery card is a straightforward process. In this article, we’ll guide you through exactly how it’s done:

• Begin by launching Altery and signing into your account. Visit the ‘Cards’ section of your account and select ‘Physical card’, then ‘Get your physical card.’
•  Choose a card scheme. Depending on your location, you'll be offered to issue a UnionPay, Visa, or both.
• Let us know where you’d like us to send the card. You can either choose the address verified with your Altery account, or enter a different address. Remember to review and accept the card terms and conditions before proceeding.
• Select your delivery method. While standard delivery (3-7 working days) is free, please note that there is a fee for card issuance. If you're in a hurry, you can opt for express delivery (1-2 working days) at an additional cost.
• Create a PIN for in-store purchases and ATM use. After this, set a card password for online payments.
• The final step is to pay for the card. Enter your payment method details and review your order details before pressing ‘Order card’.
