If over 5 business days have passed since initiating the transaction and the payment hasn’t reached the recipient’s bank card, please contact our support team. We’ll usually provide you with the transaction’s reference numbers (ARN/RRN) so that you can, in turn, show these to the recipient. With these reference numbers, transactions can be traced and verified as they progress through flows. Beneficiary banks can also use these codes to search for the transfer on their end.
