How can I make a transfer to a bank card?

With Altery, you can currently send funds from your account to a bank card issued by VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, HUMO or UZCARD in eligible countries:

You can transfer money in EUR, USD and GBP but note that funds may be converted by the card issuer if the card currency differs from the transfer currency. Applicable fees and limits will be displayed in your personal area when you’re making a payment, but you can check out our fees on our website.

 

Here’s how to make a transfer:

  1. Click ‘Send’, then ‘Bank card’
  2. Enter the following details of your transfer:
Field Description
Card full number // Cardholder name Carefully enter the correct full card number and cardholder name
From Choose which currency you’d like to debit from your Altery account
You send This is the amount of money you’d like to send without the transfer fees. When you fill in this field, the value in the ‘Recipient receives’ field is calculated automatically
Recipient receives This is the amount the recipient will receive. If necessary, currency will be automatically converted when the transfer is sent. In these cases, the received amount already includes the currency conversion fee.

 

  1. Click ‘Next’ to review all of the above details. If everything looks in order, select ‘Confirm’. If you’d like to make changes, choose ‘Back’.
  2. Nearly there! We’ll send a one-time confirmation to your phone; you just need to authenticate the action. Finally, click ‘Pay’. It can take a few minutes to process the payment. If you haven’t received confirmation of the transaction, please contact us.

 

Additional checks may occur, but payments are usually delivered within 1-5 business days.
