How do I receive local currency payments?

You can receive payments in selected foreign currencies directly to your Altery account via SWIFT.

Incoming local currency payments are automatically converted into EUR and added to your EUR wallet section.

We currently support incoming payments in:

  • AUD — Australian Dollar
  • BHD — Bahraini Dinar
  • CAD — Canadian Dollar
  • CZK — Czech Koruna
  • DKK — Danish Krone
  • HUF — Hungarian Forint
  • ILS — Israeli Shekel
  • JOD — Jordanian Dinar
  • KES — Kenyan Shilling
  • NOK — Norwegian Krone
  • NZD — New Zealand Dollar
  • PLN — Polish Zloty
  • QAR — Qatari Riyal
  • RON — Romanian Leu
  • SAR — Saudi Riyal
  • SEK — Swedish Krona
  • THB — Thai Baht
  • UGX — Ugandan Shilling
  • ZAR — South African Rand
  • ZMW — Zambian Kwacha

How can I view my account details?

To view your account details in the app:

  1. Open the Home screen
  2. Select your EUR wallet
  3. Tap Details 
  4. Use your International (SWIFT) details to receive a payment

You will see the account details that can be used to receive supported incoming payments.

Please make sure the sender uses the correct account details and includes any required payment reference information.
