Updated

Employee Cards allow businesses to provide employees with controlled access to company funds for business-related spending.

To use an Employee Card, you need to:

  • Be a verified business customer with Altery
  • Have promo cards (physical card) - to get them, send a message to our support team
  • Request to be enabled for the employee card program and provide us know how many employees will require cards.

How to request employee card access

To onboard employees, please contact Altery support.

How employee cards work

Employee Card onboarding includes three steps:

  1. The business provides the employee with a physical promo card
  2. Altery generates and shares an invitation link
  3. The employee:
    • opens the link
    • creates login credentials
    • completes identity verification
    • signs in to the Altery Business app

Once setup is completed, the employee can access and use the card.
