• Japan
• Canada
• United States of America (business customers only)

If you’re not eligible for a UnionPay card by default but it’s essential for you, you can request access individually through our support team. In some cases, we may be able to open access by disabling crypto services on your account.

UnionPay doesn’t support crypto-related services, so please note that both cannot be used at the same time. If you’ve already used crypto services with Altery, we might not be able to guarantee a UnionPay card for you.
