When you make a transaction on your account or with your Altery card, you can check its current status in the ‘Reports’ section of your personal area. Simply click the arrow button next to the transaction to see its status and other details. You'll see one of the following payment statuses:
Pending - We've accepted your payment for processing, and we're just making some internal checks. Once everything is sorted on our end, we'll send the funds to the provider.
Completed - Good news. The funds are now on their way to the receiver and will be with them within five working days.
Failed - There was an error during the internal checks, and we've been unable to complete the transaction. If your payment has failed, and you’re not sure why, please get in touch for further information.
Cancelled - The transaction has been successfully cancelled at your request (e.g. Altery transfer to a Telegram contact).
Refunded - The transaction was reversed after being completed, and the funds have been returned to your account. This means that it was initially successful on our side, but was later returned by the recipient, or as per your request.
Once the payment has been processed, we'll drop you an email to confirm whether it was successful.
Please note that, if your payment was successful but refunded, you'll see two 'Completed' transactions in your statement. The first will be the initial transfer, and the second will be the refunded transaction.
