What should I do if I notice an unauthorised transaction on my Altery card?

Take immediate action if you come across an unknown transaction on your card:

  • ‘Freeze’ your card by heading to your account’s ‘Cards’ section and clicking ‘Freeze’ below the card’s image.
  • Reach out to our customer service team straight away. Tell us as much information as you know about the activity, including transaction number, date, time and amount. We’ll take action as soon as possible.
